The OEM or first stage equipment manufacturer is the client that requires our products for the design and fabrication of its products. In such cases our value contribution ranges from the design and improvement of applications, to the optimisation of the processes used to manufacture the product.

This implies intensive cooperation in order to understand the technical needs of the product to be manufactured and the comprehension of the competitive characteristics and benefits that this product must comply with in its market.

We cooperate with technical departments in terms of products, materials and finishes, with purchasing departments in defining standards for pricing, service, delivery, programming, assembly kits and for achieving efficiency and guaranteeing timely availability. We propose the implementation of Kanban Two Bin systems which we adapt to the needs of each client, in close collaboration with logistics and production departments.
